Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All product sizes are already mentioned in the product specifications. Please check size before placing order. Size related issues will not be considered for returns, and no refund will be provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please record an unboxing video when you’ve received package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.

We ask for customers to bear the Rs.80 cost of return shipping and this cost will be adjusted against the refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
